monolithic reinforced ferroconcrete frame
Walls:
  • exterior – ceramic tiles 250 mm thick with exterior insulation system on external ventilated facades, at loggias and balconies – with exterior insulation system, decorative plaster work, from the apartment side  - plaster finishing work;
  • interior between apartments – ceramic tiles 250 mm thick, plastered, and ferroconcrete 200-300mm thick.
Partition walls in the apartments:
  • between rooms – small single blocks 80 mm thick;
  • in the bathrooms – ceramic bricks 120 mm thick, not plastered, outside walls - plastered.
Overlapping:

monolithic ferroconcrete 200mm thick. In the apartments the finishing works on the floor are made, except the bathrooms. In the apartments` bathrooms hydro isolation system is made.

 

Roof:

insulated, flat, roll coating.

Floor height:
3,0m (floor to floor).
Garbage chute in each section:
  • garbage receiver – on each floor;
  • collecting bin – on the 1st (ground) floor.
Number of elevators in each section:
  • 2 with 1000 kg capacity.
Additional interior works:
  • entrance door – metal, shockproof;
  • windows and balcony doors – plastic with double glazing;
  • interior doors – not installed;
  • glazing of balconies and loggias – not planned.
Interior finishing works in the apartments:

Telephone cable, TV:
Wires (connection) performed to the boards on each floor at the corridor of common use. Connection to the apartment and interior layout not made.
Heating system:

heat-generating installation on the roof on the 1st section, to each apartment, dual-piped, dual-zoned with low delusion of pipelines. Pipeline connection to each apartment is made of polypropylene in the floor structures.

Type of heating device:
radiators.
Ventilation system:
mandatory, installment of the wall ventilators (fans) in the apartments.
Cold water supply:

2-zoned.

  • 1st zone –1- 13 floors inclusively (water supply – ascendant).
  • 2nd zone –14- 26 floors inclusively (water supply –ascendant).
Hot water supply:

heat-generating installation on the 1st sections` roof top,2-zoned.
