The investment program by JSC Bank “ARCADA” is based on the Ukraine Law “About the credit and financial mechanisms and property management at construction of living areas and estate operations”.

The main instrument of realization of the program is the Construction Financing Fund (CFF).

The goal of the CFF creation - the Investors obtain as their property the apartments or other objects of investment (one-storied single bedroom house, garage /parking place, non-residential facilities, apartments, etc.).

You can choose one of the following variants for investing into the construction of your apartment:

• Make full size payment (100%) of the apartment  price;
• Pay full cost of the apartment in the period of construction with the first payment of 30% or more;
• Get a loan with the condition of initial personal payment of the 20% of the apartment  price.

To deposit funds for the construction is possible after signing the CFF agreement.

To sign the agreement you will need your passport and the document that proves the registration of entity at the State Fiscal Service (tax payments).

The soldiers of the АТО, «Joint Force Operations» and members of the families of the perished soldiers, at investing into apartments at the residential complex «EVRYKA» (building №19), located in the Akademika Glushkova avenue, 6, in the Golosiivskiy district in Kyiv,  the price of the apartment has the discount of 10%.

The Special Offer is valid from 25.06.2018 tо 31.12.2022 (inclusively).
