CHANGES IN THE WORKING SCHEDULE OF THE BANK «АRCADA»

Dear clients!

Today we had to take decisions that will affect the work of the Bank and our clients. We hope that you will understand and support us and we promise to make everything possible so that banking services will remain constant.

We inform you that from 19.03.2020 changes made in the schedule of the bank regarding the situation with the spreading on the territory of Ukraine of the coronavirus COVID-19:

1) office «Golosiivskiy»  (Kasiana Vasylia street, 2/1, оffice 372 in Kyiv) will be temporary closed;

2) office «Оsokorky» ( Elizavety Chavdar street, 32 in Kyiv) is temporary not offering any banking services, except the personal bank safes and related  operations. We established a flexible schedule for bank safes: Tuesday – 900 tо 1800, Thursday – 900 tо 1800.

3) office in the city of  Dnipro (Shevchenka street, 59 in Dnipro city) the service is made without limitations  in the following time frame:Monday –Friday from 900tо 1500. Nonetheless, the number of clients in the office shouldn`t exceed 5 people.

4) in the main office of the Bank (Olgynska 3 in Kyiv) the service of personal bank safes and any other financial operations related time frame: Tuesday, Thursday 900 tо 1600 with sanitary proedures from 1000 tо 1200 аnd from 1300 tо 1500. For more information please contact +38 (067) 216-06-03.

We also inform you that:

1) ion of investment objects department offers you to work «online». You can send your request for purchase of the apartment or payment according to the agreement to the address dom@arkada.kiev.ua, and giving the necessary data: name of the potential client, phone number, preferable date and time. (Mon.-Fri, 900–1000, 1200–1300, 1500–1600) for signing the agreement. After the application, our specialists will contact you.

2) department of investing into the CFF has the following schedule: Mon.-Fri, 900 tо 1600, sanitary cleaning breaks 1000tо 1200 аnd1300 tо 1500. The operations for the agreement signing and other operations according to the CFF, you must first confirm the appointment calling: 044-280-98-02. You must remember that the number of clients in the office shouldn`t be more than 5.

3) Cashless operations for the repayment  of the loans made in the Bank will work in the usual schedule.
We ask you to fulfill your obligations for the loans in time, mainly using cashless ways. We give the information to do so:

In case of urgent need for a client visit to the Bank's Head Office, please note that customer service at a personal visit is performed according to the following schedule: Mon.-Fri., 9-00 to 16-00 with breaks for sanitary cleaning 10-00 to 12-00 and 13-00 to 15-00. The number of clients staying in the office may not exceed 3 people.

4) Issuance of pension payments and funds on bank deposit agreements will be made in order of priority at the Bank's Head Office according to the following schedule: Mon.-Fri. 9-00 to 16-00 with breaks for sanitary cleaning 10-00 to 12-00 and 13-00 to 15-00. However, the number of  clients in the Bank may not exceed 3 persons. In order to avoid clustering of clients near the Bank Head Office building for more than 10 people and to protect yourself from the COVID-19 coronavirus, we ask you to organize yourself by creating lists to calculate the possibility of servicing the Bank by 10 people within 1 hour of working time.

5) We inform the following to the clients who apply for transfers and payment of utilities through the Bank's cash desk. These operations will be temporarily restricted. We ask you to refrain from visiting the Bank's Head Office and recommend that you make all necessary payments using non-cash payment channels.
 
Usual work of the Bank will be restored after the improvement of the situation on the country regarding the COVID-19.

In order to ensure safe working conditions and customer service, the number of ccustomer stay at the Bank's head office may be limited.

We are closely monitor the situation in the country and will notify you of changes in the Bank's operations on our site.
